| | It all began Jan. 13, 1989 and it ended almost exactly 15 years later on Jan. 20, 2006. Well, actually it began the summer of 1989 when we were looking for a house on a lake and picked up one of those free real estate guides. In thumbing through it, we spotted a picture of a young agent who seemed to have a lot of listings in the area we were interested in. There was something about the photo that evoked trust, so we contacted her. She helped us find our house on the lake and later, two rental houses. During the course of these purchases, we realized we had much in common and we became friends. Little did we suspect we would soon be relocated to Ohio and would have to leave behind 3 rental properties. Over the years, whenever we had questions, she was there to answer them. Eventually, we sold all 3 houses (+ my mother-in-law's home) all long distance. We knew she would handle any problems that came up and would get us the best brice in the fastest time possible. Not once were we concerned, because we trusted her.
Once you work with Cookie, you realize why she is a top selling agent in her area. She has abundant knowledge & is a tireless agent who is never flustered and has a great personality. She is THE definition of "PROFESSIONAL."

We were house hunting for my God child and the second house we saw had a Remax sign with Cookie Lamb's name. She got us in to see the house, which resulted in a sale.
